Modern Foodie's stand and VIP catering at the Dolly Parton Festival 2022 in Narromine, NSW

Festival Success

We were engaged to provide catering boxes to VIP ticket holders and also got a chance to run a dessert stand with an array of cakes, cupcakes, rocky road and more at the Dandaloo street markets. We had fabulous help from Gwenda and Suellyn. We had forgotten to bring chairs, but we had such a crowd that we sold out in just two hours!

We then raced to the kitchen to assemble and deliver 160 antipasto catering boxes, filled with cheese, cold meats, fruit, and more.
